• Package Upgrade II is suitable for customers requiring dental cleaning and those who intend to maintain and optimize whitening results with at-home whitening products after dental treatment.

Please Note:

  • Teeth whitening is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Package 1 does not include dental cleaning. Should your dentist recommend pre-treatment cleaning based on your oral condition, relevant fees will be charged separately.
  • If dental scaling is required, Opalescence teeth whitening may not be available on the same day depending on your oral condition.
  • No discount, refund or service substitution will be granted for unused items in the package due to personal reasons once the package is activated.
  • Your physician may recommend additional examinations not covered by the package based on your individual condition, and relevant fees shall be paid separately.
  • This package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions such as membership or chamber of commerce benefits.
