Laboratory Center

Our laboratory is equipped with high-quality automated equipment. All laboratory staff are professionally certified with extensive lab experience, and many have previously worked in other major large-scale hospitals.

We strictly follow national and international clinical laboratory regulations and standards. From 2019 to 2023, we participated in national and provincial external quality assessments with excellent results in all items. We received "Outstanding" ratings in the Guangzhou AIDS Detection Laboratory Quality Assessment every year. Our staff won first prize in the Guangzhou Medical Association's Cell Morphology Diagnosis competition. In December 2020, our Clinical Gene Amplification (PCR) laboratory passed official verification. In 2021 and 2022, we were the only laboratory in Haizhu District to receive a "Full Mark" rating for two consecutive years in the Guangzhou STI Quality Assessment. In 2021, the Laboratory Department received Zero Findings in the JCI AOC chapter audit.

Our laboratory can perform over 600 types of tests and provide results within the shortest possible time.

Our laboratory participates in national and provincial quality proficiency testing annually to ensure results remain consistent with international standards. We also collaborate with other high-level domestic laboratories to provide diversified testing services such as toxicology, gene testing, rare disease diagnostics, and paternity testing, providing standardized bilingual reports.

Our Blood Bank was established following approval and evaluation by the Guangzhou Blood Center. We maintain a clinical blood bank with fresh blood supplies to meet both routine and emergency needs. All donors undergo infectious disease screening prior to storage to ensure safety and reliability.

We conduct professional transfusion risk assessments for every patient and prepare blood in advance for high-risk individuals. We have successfully completed multiple cases of autologous blood donation (including storage, dilution, and intraoperative recovery). In 2020, we launched the "Baby Daddy Blood Donation Plan," the third institution in Guangzhou to participate, safeguarding maternal safety. We also provide PRP projects for specialized clinical needs.

We organize voluntary blood donation activities twice a year, ranking first in per capita donation rates among private hospitals in Guangzhou. In 2019, we established the "Rare Blood Group Home," collaborating with the Guangzhou Blood Center to standardize blood bank management and promote care for rare blood groups.
