Dr. Huang has been engaged in medical practice, teaching, and scientific research in the field of internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases for nearly 40 years. He specializes in the treatment of coronary heart disease (angina pectoris, myocardial infarction), hypertension, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, arrhythmia, and heart failure. He performs various cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment procedures, with particular expertise in interventional surgery for coronary heart disease.

Education Background

• Bachelor’s degree from the First Military Medical University.
• Master’s degree from the School of Medicine, Jinan University.
• Obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (formerly Shanghai Second Medical University) in June 1995.

• 1995 – Late 2018: Worked in the Department of Cardiology at Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University (formerly First Military Medical University).
• 2001 – 2003: Sponsored by the government for a 2-year clinical fellowship in cardiovascular interventional technology at the Heart Center of Kyoto Katsura Hospital, Kyoto, Japan.
• 2019: Recruited as a high-level talent to serve as the Department Director of Cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.
