Professional Specialties

  • Minimally invasive and comprehensive treatment of benign and malignant hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases, including the diagnosis and treatment of gallstones, intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, and benign liver tumors such as liver cysts, hemangiomas, and liver adenomas.
  • Comprehensive treatment of primary liver cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer, and metastatic liver cancer, particularly liver metastasis from colorectal cancer.
  • Mastery of various surgical procedures, including laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic choledochoscopy, laparoscopic hepatectomy, pancreatoduodenectomy, surgery for bile duct stones and tumors, and microwave ablation of liver tumors.

Education Background
Graduated in 2018 from the eight-year integrated clinical medicine program at Sun Yat-sen Medical College, Sun Yat-sen University, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine and a Doctorate degree (PhD) in Surgery.

Medical Experience

  • Possesses 10 years of frontline clinical experience in hepatobiliary surgery at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University.
  • Served as a visiting doctor in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery at Tuen Mun Hospital and Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong from 2024 to 2025, participating in clinical frontline work and laparoscopic/robotic hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeries.
  • Completed over 100 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration as the lead surgeon; nearly 100 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy and repair of digestive tract perforation; and participated in over 300 cases of various complex hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and gastrointestinal surgeries.
